Everyday care
- Empty your bag regularly. Extra weight stretches the shape.
- Avoid overfilling pockets so they keep their lines.
- Keep pens capped and liquids sealed.
Storage
- Fill it loosely with paper to hold its shape.
- Store it somewhere dry, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Use a breathable cotton bag rather than plastic.
Cleaning
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Test any cleaner on a hidden area first. Material-specific cleaning advice: (TBC)
Rain and spills
If your bag gets wet, blot it with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a heater or hair dryer. Water resistance of each material: (TBC)
Zips and hardware
Open and close zips gently and keep them clear of threads and dust. If a zip feels stiff, don't force it.
