Privacy Policy — Fractrr

Who we are

This website is operated by Fractrr (TBC: legal entity name and registered address). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Fractrr.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

Waitlist: your email address, the page you signed up from, and (if you used “Notify me”) the product and colour you were interested in.
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you chose and your message.
Consent: a record that you agreed to this policy, and when.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

Why we use it

To tell you when the collection launches and about new products, if you joined the waitlist.
To reply to your message, if you contacted us.

We will not use your data for any other purpose without asking you first.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and send emails, and only as needed for those services. (TBC: list of providers)

Where it is stored and for how long

Your data is stored securely (TBC: hosting location). We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or the waitlist ends, and contact messages for as long as needed to answer them (TBC: retention periods).

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct, complete or update it;
erase it;
nominate another person to act for you, as allowed by law.

You can also raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
